For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• “Company”, “We”, “Our” refers to Vozo Animation.
• “You”, “Your” refers to the individual or entity using our services.
• “Service” refers to the products, websites, and services offered by Vozo Animation.
• “Affiliate” refers to any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Vozo Animation.

3. Acknowledgement

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should refrain from accessing or using our services.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and you take responsibility for your actions while using our services.

5. Service Revisions

We aim to deliver quality work based on your feedback. Revisions are allowed within the scope of your package. Revisions are complimentary as long as the original concept remains unchanged. Typically, revisions are completed within 48 hours.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under specific conditions:

• Full refund if cancellation occurs before receiving the initial designs (10% processing fee applied).
• 66% refund if requested within 48 hours of receiving the initial designs.
• 33% refund if requested within 48 to 120 hours after receiving the designs.
• No refunds are available after 120 hours, after design approval, or after the final files are delivered.
• Refunds are not available for services such as hosting, maintenance, or marketing once the service has begun.

Requests for refunds should be sent to info@vozoanimation.com or through our official support channels. Each request will be reviewed individually.

7. Delivery of Services

Files and deliverables will be sent through your Vozo Animation account or via email, depending on your order. Our standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

8. Ownership and Rights

Upon full payment and delivery of the final design, you will own the rights to the design. Vozo Animation reserves the right to feature the project in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vozo Animation and our partners are not responsible for any indirect, special, or accidental damages. This includes lost profits, lost data, or missed opportunities caused by using or not being able to use our services. Our total liability will not be more than what you paid us for the service, or $100 if you paid nothing. Local laws may give you additional rights.

10. “As Is” Disclaimer

We provide our services and content “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that our services will always work without errors or interruptions. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content. We also do not promise that our website, servers, or emails are free from harmful components.

11. External Links

Our website may have links to third-party websites that we do not control or operate. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Always check their privacy policies before using those sites.

12. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in effect. If we fail to enforce any term, it should not be construed as a waiver of that term.

We may provide translations of these Terms into other languages. In case of any conflict between versions, the English version will prevail.

Only trust communication from emails and contact numbers that end with @vozoanimation.com or are listed on our official website. We are not responsible for communications from unauthorized sources.

17. Access to Information

To ensure smooth service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. If we find that the information provided is false or incomplete, we may suspend or cancel your access to our services.

18. SMS Terms

Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving SMS updates from Vozo Animation. These messages may include order status updates, service notifications, or promotional offers.

Frequency: We send messages based on how you use our services.

Opt-Out: Reply “STOP” to stop messages anytime. Reply “START” to re-subscribe.

Charges: Your carrier may apply standard message and data rates.
